EVENTZNET.IE : BOOKEEPER & OFFICE ANGEL

We're looking for a super bookeeper to take over minding our accounts and ensuring that all our finances are in order. You will be responsible for keeping our books and records using our online and offline systems. You will also answer queries from delegates and customers on event ticket sales and manage our invoicing and accounts receivable. We'd also like you to be our office angel, answering and redirecting calls to the right team member, make sure we don't run out of ink or paper, that the phone bill gets paid and all that nice stuff.

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a small office which is pretty reactive. Experience working with accounts packages (either Sage or SortMyBooks) and some exposure to conferences/corporate hospitality would be good. You do need to really enjoy figures, be extremely focussed and organised.
